Technical Support

Registered users of Forecast Pro with up-to-date maintenance and support agreements are entitled to receive technical support (please see below to find our contact information). For answers to general questions regarding Forecast Pro, we also encourage you to access the Product FAQ page, the Forecast Pro User's Guide and the software's integrated help system.

Maintenance and Support Fees

The purchase of Forecast Pro includes twelve months of maintenance (including all new software releases) and technical support at no extra charge. After the initial year, maintenance and support can be renewed on an annual basis for a fee equal to 15% of the initial license fee paid for the software.

Users whose maintenance and support agreements have lapsed can restart these services by contacting BFS and paying a reinstatement fee.
