Technical Support

Registered users of Forecast Pro with up-to-date maintenance and support agreements are entitled to receive technical support via email and phone (at +1.617.484.5050) during our normal business hours of 9 am to 6 pm (Eastern USA). For answers to general questions regarding Forecast Pro, we also encourage you to access the Product FAQ page, the Forecast Pro User's Guide and the software's integrated help system.

Maintenance and Support Fees

Forecast Pro TRAC and Forecast Pro Unlimited

The purchase of Forecast Pro TRAC and Forecast Pro Unlimited licenses includes twelve months of maintenance (including all new software releases) and technical support at no extra charge. After the initial year, maintenance and support for these products can be renewed on an annual basis for a fee equal to 15% of the initial license fee paid for the software.

Users whose maintenance and support agreements have lapsed can restart these services by contacting BFS and paying a reinstatement fee.

Forecast Pro XE

Registered users of XE Version 6 are entitled to receive maintenance (including new software releases) and support services at no additional charge.

Users of previous versions of Forecast Pro XE can pay a fee to upgrade to the current version of the software. Please contact us if you are interested in upgrading your Forecast Pro software.
