Support Policies
All Forecast Pro software — Forecast Pro Basic, Forecast
Pro XE, Forecast Pro Unlimited and Forecast Pro Unlimited Collaborator—
includes twelve months of maintenance and support at no additional
cost. The following services are included:
- Software updates and revisions
- Unlimited technical support via phone, fax and email
After the initial year, you can extend the maintenance and support
on your product(s) by paying an annual renewal fee prior to the
expiration date of the current services. If you register your products,
you will be notified automatically of software updates, and will
also automatically receive a renewal notice in advance of your anniversary
date to allow you to extend these services. Timely renewals ensure
that you receive the most recent product versions and gain direct
access to technical support via telephone and email.
If your support and maintenance has lapsed, please contact us to
determine if these services can be reinstated. Note: depending upon
the circumstances, you may be required to purchase the current version
of the product(s) or reinstatement fees may apply.
